Crystals and Stones have been used for centuries both in decorative as well as healing environments.  All Crystals and Stones hold certain properties that are believed to be useful in treating ailments and promoting beneficial effects in various circumstances.  Every crystal or stone vibrates at a specific frequency which relates to other vibration energies including the human energy field.  The color of a crystal affects the energy and healing potential of that crystal.  The color of a crystal depends on how a crystal absorbs light, the specific minerals and/or chemicals within the crystal and impurities within the crystal.  Natural crystals are created by Mother Earth over hundreds or millions of years.  (I use ONLY natural crystals and stones).  

There are so many Crystals and Stones to choose from.  Here are a few I love and why:

Turquoise - Promotes luck, prosperity and personal power

Amethyst - assists with intuition and guidance from higher realms and dreams

Rose Quartz - Promotes all variations of love, including unconditional and romantic love

Smoky Quartz - Converts negative energy to positive

Emerald - A stone of inspiration and unlimited patience, it promotes friendship.

Copper (Not a crystal or a stone) -  As a conductor of energy, when used with earthly crystals it intensifies, enhances and channels their properties
